With a long history of environmental best practice Axiom became the first Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) in Wales to achieve the coveted Green Dragon level five environmental standard. Accredited also to ISO 14001 the Company has won a number of local and national Environmental awards.

Axiom has always prided itself on a workforce dedicated to Quality and Customer Satisfaction. The culture has grown up with a challenging ethos of "something can always be done better, faster, and more efficiently whilst improving effectiveness". Axiom uses a matrix of Key Performance Indicators and other various indicators to monitor business performance. The quality techniques vary depending on the type of improvement activity.
