'Lean Thinking '

The focus of adding value for the customer by the elimination of wasteful and inappropriate Process Improvement. Techniques include delivery pull systems (Kanban & Drum Buffer Rope), visual management, 5S and process mapping. Manufacturing lead times have been slashed as a result.

Price
All Inside Welsh Industry visits are free of charge from the 1st of April 2007

Cancellations
Inside Welsh Industry visits are free of charge, however, we are reserving the right to charge a cancellation fee of £50 where visitors who have booked, fail to attend the visit. We would encourage visitors who cannot attend to provide a substitute person in their place. This charge will cover the costs incurred setting up these visits
